@FMAiscool NO! That is the whole point of it! they did this MANY MANY times before- there is a vid about the making of... They wanted you to know the dedication, and all the TAKES of this, over and over and over, until it was right. Those painted suits... they just say... "Here! THIS, i do for you!!" Such dedication to craft.

@fluffy3744 Do you mean a director at a camp? or a camp director, you know a director who like minces about and gets over excited and uses a lot of double entendre's. If you do mean a director at a camp I hope it was summer and not concentration.

Not twice, but as with any Rube Goldberg machine, you need to test out each part, to be sure it works properly with the other parts. A very good example is when they would roll a ball on the ground so it hit something else, causing another chain of reaction. They need to be sure that ball would roll to the right place, and hit the target. As such, they would need to be sure the paint blasters would go off when their trigger went off. Also it's acts as a foreshadow, I guess.

@DHScherocha notice the small pile of broken television sets in the background when the one is smashed, not so much as multiple segments, more of, a LOT of trial and error. ^^; |
